Being an 'ET', got so 'jakun' seeing this kind of peanut sauce being served...LOL!! My first impression was...erghhh..is this sauce for satay? More like cereal to me...ahahhaha..**jakun for 2nd time** I tell you don't be 'jakun' like me as this is the specialty of Kajang satay sauce.
**The signature sauce for the satay.
I am starting to love this type of sauce...
I dislike eating satay with a chunk of fat. One bite of meat...follow by a layer of fat...Anyway, your taste buds might not be the same as me,right?
Chicken Satay without a chunk of fat, that's one for ME!
Oooo.... It seems that the satay were pretty much over grill. Don't care, just walloped after all the taste is not bad.Of so many types of satay, I prefer the chicken and fish the most. In case if you are wondering if we had it at the famous Kajang Satay restaurant, the answer is NO!
Beef, lamb, duck and fish satay.....
But at here...Restoran Malaysia!!
HAPPY LEAP DAY!

I only ate that once many years ago. I miss that very much. You make me drooling.
ReplyDeleteHow much this satay?

ReplyDeleteOoooo...I love kajang satay!!! Thought the Haji somebody's ones are the best? We would always go for his - very generous with the peanut sauce - served in big bowls!
ReplyDeleteWe used to travel all the way to Hj Samuri Kajang for satay but hardly now as there are few outlets opened nearer to our house. We love satay too! :)
ReplyDeleteOh!!! Restoran Malaysia is the OLDEST satay restaurant in Kajang! And the most popular among my family members cos it's run by Chinese :-D.
