How to redeem a free cookie? See the receipt below. Yupp, I just need to complete a survey and once it is done, I will receive an email which contains a survey code. That survey code proves that you have completed the survey and you will be entitled to redeem a free cookie from Subway.
Last week, I went to Subway again and I thought it will just be nice to redeem my cookie. I presented the staff the original receipt with the survey code written on it. (See the instructions highlighted in green). HOLY SMOKE! The staff told me I am supposed to print this email as well.....Hmmmm.... But the instruction did not mention I have to present this letter! SIGH*** Cookies Monster went home with a big disappointment. Maybe it was my mistake also for not bringing along this letter..but I want to save paper!
Aiyo... kesian mama ling. So how at the end.. cannot claim anything? If I were.. I go make noise, coz did not stated need to bring along the paper ma... @_@

Get a lawyer! Sue them!!! They never said anything about that!!! I wouldn't want to go there ever again, if like this - feel so cheated!

ReplyDeleteAlamak! Why must print the email? Doesn't make sense... they're doing similar concept with Tony Roma's.. Do survey, write down the code and get RM10 discount. But Tony Roma's never asked to print email also.. they should really change their policy..

I am a fan of Subway and do get there once a while for the sandwiches offered. How sad that you could not redeem what you you were entitled.

So many steps... They should put clearer instructions la, if really need to bring along the letter....
